L'shana tova, my loves, happy new moon, and happy eclipse. So much newness for one day. On the Jewish New Year, we eat/offer apples and honey for the blessing of a sweet new year.

Many of us are grieving the great pain and losses felt around the world at this time. Such a collective frequency of heartache. I was reflecting the other day on the thought that, when the world feels in such a state of chaos, there can be a need to cling deeply to what's familiar. Sometimes we are forced, by acts of nature to acts of war, to let go of everything we hold dear, of everything we think we know about how the world works. A forced surrender to what is.

So tonight, I make these offerings of honey (and of tears) for those in need of sweetness in their lives. I hold this for you until you are in a place to feel it for yourselves. I hold you deeply in my heart, always. Sending you all so much love. ❤️🍯🍎🔥

May all beings be safe.
May all beings know peace.
May all beings be free.

I've been trying repeatedly to gather my thoughts on what's happening in Palestine and Israel. @sonyareneetaylor has spoken so beautifully what I have always known. That both sides are operating from deep, ancestral wounds and trauma over and over again for hundreds of years. This is actually why I was drawn to the ancestral work I do because I did not want to live my life operating from the unconscious wounds and patterns of my lineage. Not just my lineage, but my Jewish lineage, because I understand what lives inside of that.

I've often thought about the physical land of that region. How the earth there has been long imprinted with anger, violence, grief, and sorrow. I wonder if and in what ways this has contributed to the cycles of conflict. The relationship between the land and the people there are inextricably connected, and the hearts of both are in need of gentle tending.

In no way do I condone or advocate for the violence occurring, but I understand that deep longing for home. There is a lot of work for me in that.
For all the myriad of emotions this has stirred up in me, I always return to my hearts capacity to hold all in the light of love and compassion. How my heart breaks for all of humanity.

Please know I'm holding you all so tenderly in my heart.

My birthday began unexpectedly when I awoke to the sound of my upstairs neighbors daughter giving birth! (I live in a basement apt of a house) They were planning for a home birth but she wasn't due for a couple of weeks.

I lit a candle on the altar and quietly held space. I was a bit surprised at how emotional I became, but I could feel the portal of creation expanding as this blessing made her way into the world.

I had planned to write some sort of instagrammy birthday post about how challenging this past year has been and all the things I've had to move through and how I'm emerging out the otherside, yada, yada...All of it true, but it seems rather irrelevant now. I'm simply sitting sit here in awe, full hearted, and feeling blessed by the sweetness of life.

And this sweet blessing's name? They named her Genesis.❤🦋❤

This is Kassim, he used to help caretake for my father. You can imagine my surprise, and joy, when they told me where he was from. They told him about my connection to Burkina (I've actually visited!) and he wanted to meet me.

So grateful for these little moments of magic that the city that created me continues to provide.

The past two years have seen us all spending an unusual amount of time in the container of our homes...

Your home is a living entity. It has personality, energy, and purpose. It collects the memories of all those who have lived within its walls or dwelled upon the earth beneath it. Along with all the joys and celebrations that can happen in a space, consider also the sorrow, heaviness, and trauma.

Not unlike acupuncture, your house, apartment, office, or property has meridians. When these meridians get stuck, energy can no longer flow freely resulting in stagnation.

Sarai and Steph use their intuitive gifts to tune into the energy of the space, structure, or property and assess and clear any issues, energies, or entities associated with each meridian. The number of meridians may depend on the size and specifics of each space.

Our space healing and clearing is deep and comprehensive. All clearing happens organically outside time and space, therefore working remotely and offsite is just as effective and organized as if we were physically present.

Our services can include but are not limited to:

Compassionately removing spirits and entities who have been displaced or lost; closing up open vortexes or portals causing discord or chaos; clearing the land beneath the structures; clearing out wounding, old energies or patterns the space, land or people may be holding; removing any additional obstacles that may be in the way of forward momentum, in life, business, love and health and offering clients ongoing suggestions and action steps for healing and keeping the space in prime condition. In an older dwelling or property, we remove cords going back to ancient times, timelines and other dimensions, often before the structure was even built.

All sessions include a full energy clearing and a house or space blessing.
